These terms apply to widesprout.com and every WideSprout brand site. By using them, you agree to these terms.
Please use our sites lawfully and fairly: don’t try to break or overload them, scrape them in bulk, or use them to send spam or harmful content.
2. Our content
Our guides, stories, lessons, recipes, illustrations and videos belong to WideSprout or the people who license them to us. You are welcome to read, watch, share links to and print our content for personal, non-commercial use.
Short quotes with a link back to the original are fine. For anything else, including classroom packs, apps and republishing, please ask us first; we offer licences through Work With Us.
3. Memberships and payments
Some brands, such as WideSprout Español, offer paid memberships. The price, billing period and what is included are shown before you pay, and you can cancel at any time from your account or by writing to us; cancellation stops the next renewal.
If you live in the EU you have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase. When you ask for immediate access to digital content and confirm that you lose this right once access starts, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
4. Links to other sites
We link to other websites, YouTube and social networks, and those links open in a new tab. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
A link is not an endorsement. Paid partnerships are always labelled, as explained in Our Standards.
5. Liability
We work hard to get things right, but our content is general information. Prices, opening times, border rules and visa requirements change, so please check important details with official sources before you travel.
We are not liable for losses caused by relying on our content, except where the law does not allow this to be excluded. These terms are governed by Spanish law, and nothing in them limits your rights as a consumer.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as WideSprout grows. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
If a change is significant and affects paid memberships, we will tell members by email before it takes effect.
